Who we are

AdultSEO.com is a trading name of SBG Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07367739, with its registered office at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. SBG Trading Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean SBG Trading Ltd.

What we collect

Enquiries. When you use a form on this site or email us, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, business name, website address and your message.

WhatsApp and Telegram. If you message us on either app, we receive your phone number or username, your display name and the content of your messages. Those apps are run by WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram, under their own privacy policies.

Clients. If you become a client we also hold billing details (contact name, business name, address, VAT number if any), invoices and payment records, correspondence, and any access you grant us to systems such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, your CMS or hosting. We do not take or store card details.

Technical data. Our host, Vercel, records standard server logs when you visit: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party ad pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To reply to an enquiry and prepare a quote or audit: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

To deliver services and invoice you: performance of our contract with you.

To keep accounting and tax records: our legal obligations.

To keep the site secure and working: our legitimate interest in running a reliable website.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we never sell or rent it.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the business, each bound to protect it: Vercel (website hosting), 123 Reg (email), WhatsApp and Telegram (if you choose to message us there), and our accountants. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

AI visibility (GEO) reports work by sending prompts about your brand and market to AI assistants such as Google Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity. Those prompts contain business information only. We do not include personal data in them.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by a UK adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.

Client records: for the length of the engagement and then six years after the end of the financial year in which it ended, as UK tax law requires.

System access you grant us: we ask you to revoke it, or remove it ourselves where we can, when the engagement ends.

Server logs: kept by Vercel under its own retention schedule.

Confidentiality

We understand the industries we work in. We never publish, name or reference a client, or use their results in a case study, without written permission. We will sign an NDA on request.

Security

We limit access to client systems to the people doing the work, store credentials securely, and remove access when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data; to correct it; to delete it; to restrict or object to how we use it; and to receive it in a portable format. Email contact@adultseo.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Age

This site and our services are for businesses and adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use client data, we will tell clients directly.
