Lawful use: we work only with clients operating lawfully in their jurisdictions. We may decline or terminate engagements that involve illegal content or activity, with a pro-rata refund of undelivered work.

Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable concerned.
